With your permission, PulsePro may read the following information from Apple Health through Apple's HealthKit framework:

• Heart rate variability (HRV)
• Resting heart rate
• Heart rate recorded during workouts
• Active energy burned
• Step count
• Flights climbed
• Walking and running distance
• Apple Exercise Time
• Sleep information, including sleep stages and duration
• Workout information, such as workout type, duration, intensity, and distance
• Date of birth, where required for calculations such as heart-rate zones
