Overview FlexLock helps you reduce screen time by requiring exercise reps, counted by on-device AI, before unlocking distracting apps. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Camera Usage FlexLock uses camera access solely to detect your body pose during workouts using on-device AI (MediaPipe). Camera frames are processed entirely on your device in real time. No images, video, or camera data are ever recorded, stored, uploaded, or shared with any server or third party.

Account Information To sign in, FlexLock uses Clerk as our authentication provider. When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive and store your email address and name to create and identify your account.

Data We Store To sync your progress across sessions and devices, we store the following on our secure backend servers, linked to your account: • Workout activity and rep counts • Streaks and earned screen-time balance • App-blocking preferences • Subscription status

Subscriptions Purchases are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to manage and verify your subscription status. We do not receive or store your payment card details; those are handled by Apple.

Data Deletion You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete Account. This removes your account and data from our servers.

Children's Privacy FlexLock does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy We may update this policy; changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
