By downloading or using Scanly, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the App.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Scanly for personal, non-commercial use.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

- Use the App for illegal activities or to scan malicious codes.
- Reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App.
- Use the App to violate others' privacy or rights.

4. Disclaimer

- The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee scanning accuracy or uninterrupted service.
- You are responsible for verifying links/content before opening. We are not
liable for malware, phishing, or damages from scanned codes.
- Ads are provided by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for ad content.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, twesst shall not be
 liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use 
of the App.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App anytime by uninstalling.
