1. Who We Are Queue is a waitlist management application ("App") operated by Arielle Basha ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use Queue.

2. Information We Collect

• Phone number — collected when you join a waitlist in order to send you SMS notifications about your service status.
• Name — collected to personalize your notifications and queue experience.
• Usage data — basic information about how you interact with the App, such as timestamps and queue activity.

We do not collect payment information, location data, or any sensitive personal information.

3. How We Use Your Information We use your information solely to:

• Send you SMS text notifications about your waitlist status (in progress, ready for pickup, and pickup confirmation)
• Operate and improve the Queue app experience

4. SMS Messaging By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Queue. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your queue activity. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Sharing We use Twilio to deliver SMS messages. Your phone number is transmitted to Twilio solely for the purpose of sending you notifications. Twilio's privacy policy can be found at twilio.com/legal/privacy. We do not share your data with any other third parties.

6. Data Retention We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the Queue service. Once your queue session is complete, your data may be retained for a reasonable period for record-keeping purposes and then deleted.

7. Your Rights You may request that we delete your personal information at any time by contacting us at [your contact email]. We will honor all deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Children's Privacy Queue is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated effective date at the top of this page.
