1. Acceptance of Terms By using the Queue app ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. What Queue Does Queue is a waitlist management tool that allows businesses to manage service queues and notify customers via SMS when their service status changes. Customers join a queue by providing their name and phone number and receive automated text message updates throughout the service process.
3. SMS Notifications By entering your phone number in Queue, you expressly consent to receive automated text message notifications related to your waitlist status. These messages include notifications that your item is in progress, ready for pickup, and has been picked up. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties Queue is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or free from errors. SMS delivery is subject to carrier availability and is not guaranteed.
6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Queue and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including delays or failures in SMS delivery.
7. Privacy Your use of Queue is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
