This Privacy Policy explains how NZT48, Inc. ("NZT48," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our mobile application for quitting IQOS, heated tobacco products, vapes, cigarettes, or other nicotine products (the "App").

The App is designed to help you create a quit plan, track progress, record cravings and check-ins, and access tools intended to support your quit journey. The App is not a medical provider and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

1. Information We Collect

Account information

If you use Sign in with Apple, we receive the information Apple makes available to us, which may include a unique Apple user identifier, your name, and your email address or an Apple-generated private relay email address. We do not receive your Apple ID password.

Quit-plan and progress information

Depending on how you use the App, we may collect information you enter or generate, including:

• the type of nicotine or tobacco product you use, such as IQOS, heated tobacco, vapes, or cigarettes;
• your quit method, quit date, reduction goals, and estimated product usage;
• craving logs, triggers, check-ins, notes, and responses to App prompts;
• clean-time milestones, products avoided, estimated money saved, and cravings marked as completed; and
• settings and preferences associated with your account.

Because this information can relate to your nicotine use and wellbeing, we treat it as sensitive and use it only to operate and improve the App as described in this Policy.

Technical and service information

When you use the App, our systems and service providers may automatically process limited technical information, such as IP address, device and operating-system information, timestamps, authentication events, and server or error logs. We use this information to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the App.

We do not use third-party advertising trackers and do not use your quit data for targeted advertising.
