REVERTED · DO NOT USE AS CURRENT RUNTIME AUTHORITY
The live port described below was rolled back on September 21, 2026 at GitHub commit cb888ff086d5580f4c9a793cadb5f0eeaf2ef1c0. The repository tree is restored to the exact pre-port state from 1cd3027b35c6b7328047e797e33680a7020fd307.

CITY-FLIGHT-INTERACTION/2.4 · MERGED RUNTIME CONTINUITY
The four GitHub-native flight surfaces now share one interaction/rendering grammar while retaining separate physics engines and evidence boundaries.

Shared interaction contract
- Held-key control: A/D bank · W/S pitch · Q/E rudder.
- Thrust: Shift full thrust · Control idle.
- Camera: C cycles surface-specific camera modes.
- Fleet: 1–7 dispatches the registered vehicle set where supported.
- Touch: normalized touch-stick input uses the same command path as keyboard input.
- Presentation: full-screen world, vehicle-in-world rendering, glass HUD, reticle, live telemetry, and camera grammar.
Physics engines preserved
- SKYRMION 2.4.0: existing Runtime 2 fixed-step multi-vehicle 6DOF boundary remains the flight engine. The shared layer shapes commands and camera state.
- MANTA 1.1.0: the 120 Hz A/B programmable-matter morph plant remains authoritative for MANTA state evolution. Manual pilot input replaces only the command source when engaged.
- EIDOLON: now resolves through the GitHub-owned Runtime 2 renderer with the existing
eidolon_scalar experimental adapter selected. AETHERIS receipts may forward normalized controls into that renderer.
- Syntax Jacob 1.3.0: JPL ephemeris, display-space propulsion, and E47 coherence logic remain intact. The shared layer adds ramped pilot input and camera cycling.
