to forget about how it looks, and allow feeling to be your guide.

to return to to the body’s innate wisdom. to listen. to reconnect.

to get weird, wild, primal, animalistic. to let it all be seen.

or perhaps to explore your sexy, erotic, seductress side.

or to spend time with your inner child, being silly + playful.

or maybe, to just sit, breathe and allow your feelings to surface.

(or all of the above).

there is no right or wrong, here.

this is not about looking “cool” or doing it “right”

no dance experience is required.

what to expect: we will start slow - the music is intentionally curated to take you through different states and energies - beginning nice and easy, taking things up gradually and creating different opportunities to really let go and let loose, followed by a gentle landing, stillness/meditation and space to integrate and a closing + sharing circle. the dance itself will be about 90 minutes long with 30 minutes at the end for connection + socialization.
