These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Rack Rush mobile application ("the App"), published by Half Layer ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on any Apple device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service and Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement. This licence is for your own personal, non-commercial use.

2. What you may not do

You may not:

• Copy, redistribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or attempt to derive its source code, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law
• Extract, scrape, or redistribute the App's word lists, puzzle data, artwork, or other bundled content as a standalone dataset or in a competing product
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use the App in a way that breaks any applicable law

3. Ownership

The App, its name, its design, its artwork, its puzzle data, and its curated word lists are owned by us and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a licence to use the App, not ownership of it. Individual dictionary words are of course not owned by anyone; the curated selection, ordering, and puzzle construction are.

4. Price, purchases, and advertising

The App is free. It contains no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, no advertising, and no paid content of any kind. We will not introduce charges to a version of the App you have already downloaded.

5. Your data

The App collects nothing about you. Game progress and settings are stored only on your device. This is described in full in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Availability, updates, and discontinuation

The App works entirely offline and requires no service from us to keep functioning. We may release updates that change, add, or remove features, and we may stop distributing or supporting the App at any time. If we do, copies already installed on your device will continue to work — there is no server to switch off. We do not guarantee that the App will be free of defects or that it will be compatible with every future version of iOS.
