IMPORTANT — READ CAREFULLY: This agreement ("Terms") is a legally binding agreement between you and Ilya Venski ("Developer", "we", "us", "our"), covering your use of the ReciPal mobile application ("App") and any related services (together, "Services").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1.1 Account Creation. To access certain features you must create an account and provide accurate information as prompted. You represent that: (a) all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate; (b) you will keep it current; and (c) you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction).
1.2 Account Responsibilities. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at the contact address below.
2.1 Grant. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
2.2 Restrictions. You may not: (a) sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or commercially exploit the App or its content; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (c) use the App to build a competing product or service; (d) copy, reproduce, or distribute any portion of the App without our written permission.
2.3 Updates and Modifications. We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.
2.4 Ownership. All intellectual property rights in the App and its content (excluding User Content) are owned by the Developer or our licensors.
2.5 Feedback. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation.
3.1 Definition. "User Content" means any recipes, photos, notes, or other content you submit to or create within the App.
3.2 License from You. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, process, and display your User Content solely to operate and improve the Services.
3.3 Your Responsibility. You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that you own it or have the necessary rights to submit it, and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.
3.4 Acceptable Use. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or that infringes any intellectual property or privacy rights.
3.5 Removal. We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our discretion without notice.
