Our recommendation is to implement a Template Marketplace where users can design their own imagined template. They are able to sell this template on the marketplace for a predetermined percentage or if the template is “free” then the wage will be determined based off every thousand view.

This will give incentive for creators to start building, designing and remixing different templates seen in the boom of Webflow’s 2021 - 2022 growth. Our aim to replicate the huge growth that was seen in Webflow when they enhanced their marketplace. Webflow’s first initial marketplace was released in 2013, but was not in popularity at the time due to lack of incentive. We want a landing page much like Canva’s where we target Lovable’s weak spots in marketing: SEO. The marketplace will allow users to remix with an abundance of template options. It works on the basis of with more templates out there = More potential surface area for new users.

This will work well with the building of Lovable’s affiliate program. We can integrate the Lovable affiliate program with the template marketplace so that we can have another source that brings in news users while benefiting those who participate in the existing program.

SEO is also a thing that we want to target given that Lovable is relatively weak in said by Sophia herself. Each template/category should have their own /x entry point so that we can maximize surface area. Much like how Zapier’s dominace was related to how it’s sure knowledge and expansion of these /x entry points, we want to replicate that.

Goal: To vibe code a landing page much like Canva’s where users can browse through thousands of templates made by designers and remix them. Give them huge incentive to build inventory (~80-95%). News users will compound themselves. More designs catches new needs.
