You'll own recruitment across corporate and frontline functions, partnering closely with business leaders to attract and hire exceptional talent.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end hiring across corporate, field, and operational roles
- Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs & workforce plans
- Design and improve recruitment processes, workflows & hiring metrics
- Build strong sourcing channels across multiple talent pools
- Drive employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
- Manage external partners, consultants, and recruitment vendors where required
- Develop scalable hiring systems to support business growth
What we're looking for
- 6–10 years of recruitment experience across diverse role categories
- Strong experience managing high-volume as well as niche hiring mandates
- Proven ability to build recruitment processes and hiring frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Data-driven approach to recruitment planning and execution
- Experience leading hiring independently in a fast-paced environment
