We're hiring a Recruitment Team Lead to scale the hiring engine of a fast-growing AdTech company.

The Company Behind the Role:

• International marketing technology company working with leading brands and agencies.

• Fast-paced environment where hiring directly shapes how the business grows.

Your Impact:

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of up to 8 recruiters through 1:1s, reviews, and IDPs.
• Own a hiring stream end to end: client service, business development, digital, and tech roles.
• Find bottlenecks in the recruitment funnel and build scalable processes that remove them.
• Drive team-level analytics, retrospectives, and data-driven reporting to leadership.
• Personally close 2-3 of the most complex and critical roles each quarter.

Your Superpower:

• 5+ years in recruitment, including team leadership with 5+ direct reports.
• In-house experience at fast-growing international companies (200-1000 employees).
• Proven track record of building and running high-volume hiring at scale.
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on use of recruitment metrics.
• Fluent English.

Bonus Points If:

• Experience hiring in digital advertising (programmatic, media buying, performance).
• Background hiring for the US or LATAM markets.
