The Redstone Generator, added by the AvP : Humans module is the cheapest, and the most early game generator players will create. Rather than requiring fuel, it constantly produces a small amount of power.

Redstone Generators upon being placed down constantly produce 16 FE per Tick without any external requirement. Whilst in the early game it can be useful, it ends up being outclassed very quickly.
