When reporting a technical issue, please include:

• your device model;
• operating-system version;
• Reef Remedy app version;
• the feature or analysis mode you were using;
• a short description of what happened; and
• a screenshot, if it does not contain private or sensitive information.

Never email passwords, payment-card information, Apple ID or Google account credentials, API keys, or other sensitive information.
