About the project

Introduction

We're going to build a community platform for the HR community who want to share their job from the real network and get a referral fee on each other, with the goal of:

• Finding reliable resources from the network
• Complete job requests earn rewards
• Create a value network

My role is

As a leader, I led a product team with three members. My role has been to communicate with the client to get the requirements and present the initiative ideas, set up the product strategy and delicate tasks to team members.

Process

It depends on several meetings and thorough discussions with the client to understand their scope, budget, and expectations. Based on the client's perspective, we designed a product strategy with significant features and conducted usability testing to validate the decision. The project timeline is four months. Now let's go deeper into each step.

Problems

• Lack of networking opportunities: This is an objective and obscure product, so it will be difficult to provide the user with the complete storyboard.
• Unequal market: Hard to build a fair market play with multiple user types
• Sharing limits: Due to the policies of their companies or customers, target users do not have the habit of sharing the CVs they have on the public network.
