Our 7 October review confirmed 16 EVM safes aligned with the agreed signers. Two additional safes are controlled by the already-rotated Treasury Safe.

Execution Plan

  1. Contact existing signers to coordinate approvals, including Eddie and John( his older address )
  2. Refresh ownership, nonce and pending transactions; prepare and simulate each exact rotation.
  3. Collect approvals under each safe’s current rules, execute, and verify the final owners and threshold.
  4. Update the Notion tracker with transaction hashes and verification links.

No new rotations have been submitted. Starknet, Sui and the two Solana wallets remain a separate review.
