Name, email address, and phone number may be collected at the time of sign-in. User accounts and credentials are provisioned and managed by the user's respective organization. The App does not support self-registration or independent account creation by individual users.
Users may optionally upload a profile photograph. This image is used solely for in-app identification and personalization.
User prompts, questions, and responses generated within the Ask Auri feature are processed to deliver AI-powered assistance and learning content. These interactions may be retained and analyzed for quality assurance, system improvement, and content accuracy.

Chat interactions within the App may be accessible to authorized administrators designated by the user's organization.
