What belongs here
A note can stay here for a long time. Promotion is a separate decision: once an idea becomes a case, its raw sources, processed data, validation records, and full source register stay with that case rather than being copied into this page.
A recurring topic or shared vocabulary is not yet a pattern. A candidate should identify a proposed mechanism, relevant conditions, evidence basis, meaningful differences or counterexamples, and what would weaken or falsify transfer.
For promoted work, this page keeps only the evidence cut-off, useful links, concise synthesis, and the decision that moved the idea forward.
