It improves when the right experience is selected, positioned at the right level, supported by evidence, and organized around the role you are pursuing.

That is the work.

What I’m actually doing

Every resume engagement starts with the same question:

What does this document need to prove?

Depending on where you are in your career, that may mean demonstrating:

• readiness for broader ownership;
• progression into leadership;
• strategic rather than purely tactical contribution;
• technical depth;
• cross-functional influence;
• commercial impact;
• transformation leadership;
• transferable capability across industries;
• or simply that your experience is much stronger than your existing resume suggests.

Once that is clear, the writing gets easier.
