ResumeMint ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and where it goes when you use the ResumeMint iOS application. By using ResumeMint, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

ResumeMint does not require you to create an account or provide any personally identifying information to use the app.

The following information is processed when you use core features:

• Resume content you upload (PDF or DOCX), used solely for AI tailoring
• Job posting URLs you submit for extraction and analysis
• Job application records you create in the Kanban tracker (stored entirely on your device)
• Subscription status, managed via RevenueCat and Apple In-App Purchase

ResumeMint does not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, location, camera, microphone, or photos.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to provide the core features of ResumeMint, including:

• Extracting job description data from the URLs you submit
• Tailoring your resume sections to match a specific job posting using AI
• Computing an ATS keyword match score between your resume and a job description
• Exporting your tailored resume as a PDF or DOCX file
• Tracking your job applications locally on your device

To deliver AI tailoring, your resume text and extracted job description are securely transmitted to our Firebase backend, which passes them to Google Gemini AI for processing. See Section 4 for full details.
