Frequently Asked Questions

I found a bug, or my game isn’t working. What should I do?

Please email [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]?subject=Rich%20Fish%20Bug%20Report) and tell us what happened and how you encountered the problem. Include your device model, operating-system version, game version, and the exact error message. A screenshot or short recording can help.

I have an idea for the game. Where can I send it?

We welcome your feedback. Email us with “Rich Fish Suggestion” in the subject and describe what you would like to see and how it would improve your experience.

How do I play with friends?

Have the host create or load an online world, then share the 6-digit room code. Public rooms can also appear in the room list. On supported Apple devices, you can use Game Center friends and invitations. A session supports up to 8 players, including the host.

Why can’t I join a room or see a friend?

Check the room code, including leading zeros, and make sure the host is still playing and the room is not full. Refresh the list or try the code directly. Invite-only rooms do not appear in the public list.

For the in-game Game Center friends list, both players must allow friend sharing with Rich Fish. Check your Game Center sign-in and system multiplayer restrictions. If the host closes the game, ask them to reopen the saved world before you rejoin.

How do I fish with touch controls?

With a rod equipped, hold on the right side of the screen to charge a cast, then release. Hold on the left to reel in. Briefly tap the visible rod or attached catch to release a hooked catch. Follow the in-game tutorial and item prompts for other actions; tap the book icon to open the journal.

Where is my progress saved?
