I'm a GTM Engineer with a background in business operations and sales, graduated from MSc in Entrepreneurship & Innovation at Queen Mary University, London.
That background gives me something most engineers don't have. I've worked on the front lines of sales, managed teams of 50+ representatives, and built commercial partnerships from scratch. I understand the process from the inside out, not just the technology around it.
My core focus is making revenue predictable for scaling companies through building and managing full sales systems, both inbound and outbound, end to end.
What separates my approach is how I think about problems. I work in layers, starting from the end of the sales process and moving forward. I identify the bottlenecks first, then solve them one at a time in the correct sequence. Because solving the right problem in the wrong order can still leave a company stuck.
The result is a sales process that is built correctly, maintained properly, and designed to scale.
