Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") before using RoxPrep ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use RoxPrep on Apple devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Subscriptions (RoxPrep Pro)

RoxPrep offers an auto-renewing subscription ("RoxPrep Pro") with monthly and annual options, including a free-trial period on the annual plan where offered.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renew, in your App Store account settings after purchase.
• If a free trial is offered and you purchase a subscription, any unused portion of a trial is forfeited when you start the paid subscription.
• Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase.

Purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies; we cannot issue refunds directly.

RoxPrep provides general fitness and training information for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical or fitness guidance.

• Consult a qualified physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have an injury, condition, or concern.
• You use the app and follow any plan, prediction, pacing, or coaching at your own risk.
• Stop exercising and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
• Any injury or limitation information you enter is used only to adapt your plan; the app does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice.
