• Conducted Monthly Business Reviews to track campaign performance and surface upsell opportunities
• Implemented cross-selling strategies to grow revenue within existing accounts
• Identified at-risk accounts early and applied targeted retention strategies before churn became a risk
• Managed contract negotiation, invoicing, and scope management for all three accounts
• Contributed to sales rebuttal and objection-handling frameworks used across the wider team

Outcome

All 3 Tier 1 accounts retained with upsell revenue generated within the portfolio. Promoted after 3 months — fastest progression in the account management team at the time.
