This policy explains how the Seraluna iOS app ("Seraluna", "the app") handles your personal data. In short: your health logs stay on your iPhone, you don't need an account, there are no ads and your data is never sold.
1. Who is responsible
Seraluna is provided by Beyza Kıldan.
Contact: [email protected]
2. Your health logs stay on your iPhone
- Your cycle logs, symptoms, medications, lab values, notes and doctor questions are stored only on your iPhone, encrypted.
- We cannot see this data; it is not sent to our servers. Seraluna does not sync it with iCloud.
- Your data may be included in your own iPhone backups, which you control.
- Health and sex-life data are processed, based on your explicit consent, only to track your cycle and to create estimates, charts and your doctor report.
- You don't need an account to use Seraluna.
3. Usage and crash data (optional)
Only if you allow it, the following data is processed through Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config) to improve the app and keep it working:
- a random app identifier,
- device model and operating system version,
- approximate country or region derived from your IP address,
- which screens are used, and crash reports.
This never includes health logs, notes or anything you type. You can withdraw this permission at any time in Settings › Privacy center.
4. Subscriptions
- Purchases are made through Apple. Apple is an independent controller for App Store purchases.
