1. Who we are

SERUPass is operated by: Developer: PrepStackApps Email: [email protected] In these Terms and Conditions, “SERUPass”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to PrepStackApps.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the SERUPass mobile application, including its free and paid features. By downloading, accessing, purchasing or using SERUPass, you agree to:

• these Terms and Conditions;
• our Privacy Policy;
• any applicable Apple App Store terms; and
• any additional terms displayed before you make a purchase.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use SERUPass. If you make a purchase through Apple, you also agree to Apple’s applicable purchase, subscription and licence terms.

3. Eligibility

SERUPass is intended for adults preparing for the Transport for London Safety, Equality and Regulatory Understanding assessment. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use SERUPass independently. By using the app, you confirm that:

• you are legally capable of entering into a contract;
• the information you provide is accurate where applicable; and
• you will use the app only for lawful personal study purposes.

4. Description of SERUPass

SERUPass is an independent educational revision application that may provide features including:

• exam-style practice questions;
• multiple-choice questions;
