SOAR REPO · RESCUE AUTHORITY UPDATED

Canonical source and documentation live in the existing Drive SOAR repository. The full-suite source, README, specification, self-test, full formalism, integrated demo, and telemetry are synchronized there. SOAR is also a current input to City Murmuration — Stranded Formalism Rescue · 2026-09-10.

The rescue rule is retain + type + test: speculative modules remain inspectable, but mathematical validation, executable bridges, formal proxies, and open physical claims do not inherit one another's evidence class.

SOAR · CONTROL, PROGRAMMING & RESTORATION

Can an invariant sector be restored and deliberately transformed without leaving itself?

Construct → disturb → measure leakage → restore → remeasure → certify.

Role in the Mathematical City

SOAR adds active restoration to the Mini AI Labs: SPECTRA defines the selected sector, Identity measures persistence through change, and SOAR applies a declared contraction to reduce complement leakage.

Mini AI Labs — Unified Interface Portal · The Mathematical City — Recursive Intelligence / E47

The existing eight-lab Octet packet contract remains MC-OCTET-PACKET-1.0. SOAR is a linked restoration extension; a callable SOAR packet adapter has not been established.

Canonical mathematical core

$$ V=V_2^{\otimes3},\quad \dim V=125,\quad C=J_{\mathrm{tot}}^2,\quad K=(C-6I)(C-30I) $$

$$ E_{47}=\ker K,\quad P_{47}=P_6+P_{30},\quad \operatorname{rank}P_{47}=47,\quad \operatorname{rank}(I-P_{47})=78 $$

$$ \Gamma_\varepsilon=I-\varepsilon K^2,\quad \varepsilon_=\frac1{99144},\quad \rho_=\frac{15}{17} $$

$$ \|(I-P_{47})\Gamma_{\varepsilon_*}^{n}\psi\|\leq\left(\frac{15}{17}\right)^n\|(I-P_{47})\psi\| $$

Full interface scope

The current Drive specification titles SOAR E47 Control, Programming & Restoration Lab and asks: Can an invariant sector be restored and deliberately transformed without leaving itself?
