Transforming complex community initiatives into measurable, regenerative change through participatory evaluation, adaptive learning systems, and trust-based grant stewardship.

I am an independent consultant with more than eighteight years of international experience evaluating socio-environmental programs, energy access funds, and community-led development initiatives.

My practice focuses on translating lived community realities into actionable strategies, embedding participatory MEL frameworks across climate resilience, rural livelihoods, and sustainable tourism systems. I bridge donor compliance with grassroots ownership to inform adaptive, long-term impact.

Studies: B.S. in Environmental Sciences and a European M.Sc. in Tourism Management

Languages: English, Spanish, and Portuguese
