This document is for people who have expressed interest in or been accepted into the Sacred Services programme. It covers what to expect, what is asked of you, how the container works, and what happens after you submit your intake.

Who This Is For

Sacred Services is for people who wish to put their values into tangible action.

If you are someone who is ready to move beyond passive learning — to upskill yourself collaboratively, contribute your presence to something living, and hold your own growth alongside others doing the same — this pathway is for you.

You do not need prior experience in land stewardship, activism, or regenerative practice. You do need genuine commitment to your own development and a willingness to show up for others as they show up for you.

What You Will Experience

Over the course of Sacred Services, you will:

• Encounter living examples of land stewardship in practice — regenerative projects across Palestine, Ecuador, and Peru, shared through the voices of those who tend them. You will learn how they embody their values and how they got to where they are.
• Explore substantive topic lines — decolonialisation, regenerative land and food systems, water and energy sovereignty, collective governance, and the practice of solidarity as a lived relationship rather than a political stance.
• Build a shared charter of values — introduced to Juthour's own 200-year governance charter, we will create our own as a collective. This charter will open and close our gatherings, and travel with us as a living process throughout the programme.
• Develop tangible skills — practically, collaboratively, through storytelling and collective accountability. The learning here is not extractive; it is relational.
• Contribute to a collective trust of wisdom — across the threads of land stewardship, energy, food, water sovereignty, and collective sovereignty (synergy). What we build together belongs to all of us.

What Is Asked of You

This container works because we all hold it together. What that looks like in practice:

Show up consistently.

Attend calls as close to consistently as you can. Life happens — let us know when it does. The container is built on presence, not perfection, but it does require that presence as a genuine commitment rather than an aspiration.
