The game crashed / a run was lost

Progress and act completion are saved automatically. Losing an in-progress run is expected on crash. If you lose completed acts or unlocked endings, please contact us with your device info.

How do I unlock Act II and Act III?

Complete the boss of the previous act. Act II unlocks after defeating Hauptmann Krüger. Act III unlocks after defeating the Barbed Apostle.

I got the same ending twice — is that a bug?

No. Endings are determined by the three terminal choices you make (one per act) plus a hidden condition for the secret fifth ending. Try different terminal choices next run.
