Local preferences

The extension uses Chrome’s storage.sync API exclusively to save:

• Your selected avatar
• Whether the extension is enabled or disabled

These preferences are used only to provide the extension’s functionality. They are not used for analytics, advertising, profiling, or tracking.

Website access

ScrollUp Buddy requires access to regular HTTP and HTTPS pages solely to display the customizable back-to-top button.

The extension does not read, store, analyze, or transmit page content or browsing history.
