Why this problem?

Going to a hospital shouldn't mean spending hours waiting or struggling to book an appointment. Many clinics and hospitals still use manual processes or outdated systems that create long queues, scheduling conflicts, and unnecessary stress for both patients and staff. We wanted to build a simple digital solution that makes everyday healthcare interactions faster, smoother, and more organized while being affordable and easy to use for hospitals of all sizes.
