SeaTrack is PatternLab.AI's system built to bring the whole journey into one place. I designed the screens for every stage — from the first booking to the final cold store outward — so that anyone on the team can see exactly where a batch is and what's happened to it.
With data scattered across sheets and systems, there was no single, reliable way to follow a batch from the pond to the plant. Every handoff between teams meant re-entering or re-checking information, and by the time something looked off, the batch had often already moved several steps ahead.
The idea was simple: keep track of the shrimp, every step of the way. From the moment it's booked with a farmer to the moment it leaves cold storage, someone should be able to look it up and know exactly where it is and what condition it's in.
Different people touch different parts of this journey — procurement staff booking and receiving shrimp, supervisors running beheading, grading, and peeling stations, and plant staff managing packing and cold storage. Each of them needed a screen built for their part of the job, without needing to understand everyone else's.
Everything starts here. A booking is created with a supplier, location, count range, and expected arrival date. From this screen, the team can view, edit, or cancel a booking, and track its status (Booked or Cancelled) at a glance.
Once a booking is confirmed, purchase details are added — supplier, variety, quantity, and the supervisor responsible for that batch. This is where a booking turns into an actual order that can be tracked forward.
