This article explains the withdrawal process, withdrawal methods and fees, payout release mechanism, withdrawal limits and frequency restrictions, and common issues and solutions.
1. Initial Withdrawal Setup
1.1 Link a Seller Withdrawal Account
- Path: Seller Center → Wallet → Withdrawal.
- Before your first withdrawal, you must add at least one withdrawal account.
- The name on the receiving account must match the seller's verified identity information.
- After adding or changing a withdrawal account, you must wait 48 hours before it can be used for withdrawals. This prevents funds from being withdrawn immediately after an account is compromised and its withdrawal details are changed. During the waiting period, you can still view your balance and payout details as usual. The account becomes active automatically after 48 hours, with no additional action required, and can then be used to submit a withdrawal.
1.2 View Your Withdrawable Amount
- Path: Seller Center → Wallet. Your Withdrawable Amount is displayed at the top.
- Click Withdraw to open the withdrawal submission page.
- Pending Settlement: This is your payout awaiting release. It is released in two stages—the "initial payout + remaining payout"—and then transferred to your Withdrawable Amount, after which it can be withdrawn. For release milestones and the complete rules, see [Seller] Payout Settlement and Release Rules (Initial Payout / Remaining Payout).
2. Withdrawal Process
- Seller Center → Wallet → Withdraw
- Select a withdrawal method (see the table below) and enter the amount you want to withdraw. Partial withdrawals are supported, so you do not need to withdraw your entire Withdrawable Amount at once.
- The system matches released Orders one by one until it reaches the amount you entered. Because the payout from an individual Order cannot be split, the actual withdrawal Amount may be slightly higher or lower than the Amount you entered.
- The submission page displays the final matched Amount for this withdrawal. This is the Amount that applies, and fees are also calculated based on the actual withdrawal Amount.
- The status changes to Processing. The withdrawal cannot be canceled after submission.
- The funds are sent to your selected payment method or bank account.
- Arrival time: Usually 1–3 business days. The system sends an email notification after the withdrawal is successful.
- Returned withdrawals: The status changes to Withdrawal Rejected, and the Amount is returned to your Withdrawable Amount. The message explains the reason for the return, such as a name mismatch, incorrect account details, or method restrictions.
