This article applies to all GamsGo sellers. It explains how payouts enter settlement after an Order is completed, the release milestones and factors affecting the two-stage initial payout and remaining payout, how Issues and chargebacks are handled, and common questions. For withdrawal steps, methods, and fees, see [Seller] How to Withdraw Funds. For commission and fee structures, see [Seller] Seller Commission and Platform Fees.

Each Order is released in only two stages—the "initial payout + remaining payout." There is no third settlement payment. Release of the initial payout does not mean the Order is no longer subject to Issue obligations.

| Offer Type | Typical Category | Initial Payout Release Milestone | Remaining Payout Release Milestone |
|---|---|---|---|
| With a Warranty Period (duration-based pricing) | Digital Subscription, etc. | End of the Warranty Period | End of the Full Service Period |
| With a Warranty Period (not duration-based) | Game Accounts, Game Items, and Game Coins | A fixed number of days after the Warranty Period ends (see below) | A fixed number of days after the Order is confirmed as completed (later than the initial payout) |
| Without a Warranty Period (one-time delivery) | Top Ups and Gift Cards | A fixed number of days after the Order is confirmed as completed (see below) | A fixed number of days after the Order is confirmed as completed (later than the initial payout) |
These two broad Offer categories share the seller-level and risk-control mechanisms, but their release milestones and initial/remaining payout ratios are independent of each other.
The release milestones in Sections 3.1–3.3 apply to duration-based subscriptions. Offers with a Warranty Period but no service duration follow the separate milestones described in Section 3.4.
For the minimum Warranty Period corresponding to each duration, see [Seller] After-Sales Support and Platform Dispute Resolution Rules.
