[Seller] Service Type Differences (Required Reading)

This article applies to all GamsGo sellers. It explains the platform’s six service types, how each type is fulfilled, key restrictions, commonly confused listing details, and the applicable rules and terms. Correct classification is essential for smooth Order fulfillment and fewer Issues. All sellers must read this article before listing an Offer.

1. Overview of the Six Service Types

2. Digital Subscription

2.1 Sharing Method

The Sharing Method must be clearly stated in both the title and description when listing, for example: Netflix — 1 Month — Premium — 1 Private Profile.
A mismatched Sharing Method—for example, listing Full Access when the actual service is a Shared Profile—is considered “not as described.” A full refund is required, and the seller will be penalized for violating Offer listing rules.

2.2 Plan and Duration

Plan: Standard / Premium / Ultimate / Unlimited, etc., based on the official service.
Duration: 1 / 3 / 6 / 12 months. All Digital Subscriptions include a Warranty Period, with the minimum Warranty Period determined by the service duration.
- 1 month ≈ 30 days: At least 10 days of warranty
- 3 months ≈ 90 days: At least 30 days of warranty
- 6 months ≈ 180 days: At least 60 days of warranty
- 12 months ≈ 360 days: At least 90 days of warranty

3. Game Accounts

Fulfillment method: Account credentials + backup email / security code.
Account recovery is prohibited: After an account is sold, the seller must not log in to, recover, or modify the account during the buyer’s valid usage period. Any violation will result in a permanent ban.
Warranty Period: Game Accounts are priced based on the account itself and do not include a service duration. The Warranty Period is 5 or 14 days, depending on the game publisher’s official account-recovery policy and as displayed on the Offer page. If the account is recovered, banned, or becomes unusable during the Warranty Period due to the seller’s actions, the seller bears full responsibility.
The description must clearly state the platform, region, whether access to the primary email is included, the list of included games and items, and whether a phone number has ever been linked.

4. Top Ups

Release of funds: Most Top Ups do not have a Warranty Period. The payout is released in two stages—an initial installment and a final installment. The initial installment is received approximately 3–14 days after the Order is Completed, and the final installment approximately 10–28 days after completion.
