To send an outgoing sms, click on the Send SMS button.

Fields Description

Sender - Select which mobile number or brand name you wish to send the message from. For more information on mobile number and brand name selection, please refer to this document.

Receiver - The person whom you would like to send the SMS to. The available selection are:

• Phone Number - You can manually enter a single or multiple phone numbers.
• Address Book - Select one or multiple address book. This will send this message to all entries within the selected address book. With this selection, you can use dynamic fields to auto populate dynamic content that is specific to an entry in your address book. For more information about Dynamic Content, please refer to - Dynamic Content
• Upload .csv - You can upload a .csv formatted file with the phone numbers. You can use the below file as a template. Please enter numbers on the second row onwards.

Message - The content of your message. A standard SMS can contain up to 160 characters. If a message exceeds 160 characters, it will be split and sent as multiple SMS messages. The maximum limit is 480 characters, equivalent to 3 SMS messages.
