What You'll Do
- Own and evolve the visual identity of the brand across every consumer touchpoints
- Lead the creative direction for launches, campaigns, photoshoots, films, and digital experiences with a consistent, premium aesthetic.
- Develop visual systems that scale while ensuring every execution feels intentional, elevated, and unmistakably on-brand.
- Conceptualise big creative ideas and work closely with copy, brand, marketing, growth, and product teams to bring them to life.
- Direct photographers, filmmakers, stylists, designers, illustrators, and production partners to execute world-class creative.
- Raise the creative bar across the team through feedback, craft, and an uncompromising eye for detail.
- Balance long-term brand building with the speed and iteration required in a fast-growing consumer business.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience across creative agencies and consumer brands, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, personal care, or D2C.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion work across campaigns, brand identity, digital, and content.
- Exceptional understanding of typography, composition, colour, art direction, photography, and motion.
- Comfortable leading shoots from concept to execution and collaborating with multidisciplinary creative teams.
