What You'll Do
- Conceptualise and execute high-performing ad creatives across video, static, and digital formats.
- Own the creative strategy behind performance campaigns across insight, script and final output.
- Work closely with growth and marketing teams to identify opportunities, test hypotheses, and iterate based on results.
- Brief, direct, and collaborate with designers, editors, creators, and production partners to bring ideas to life.
- Translate consumer insights, platform trends, and campaign learnings into creative that captures attention.
- Build systems for testing multiple hooks, formats, messaging angles, and storytelling approaches.
What We're Looking For
- 4–6 years of experience creating digital-first creative for consumer brands or high-growth startups.
- Strong experience conceptualising and producing performance marketing creatives, especially video.
- Ability to write briefs, scripts, hooks, and messaging that are built for attention and conversion.
- Comfortable directing shoots and collaborating with editors
- Strong sensibility across design, typography, composition + storytelling.
- Collaborative with growth and marketing teams, use data to improve creative decisions.
- Curious about consumer psychology, attention, and why certain ideas outperform others.
- Experience in fast-paced environments with short feedback loops and rapid experimentation.
