About Odin

Odin Labs, Inc. ("Odin") is the workforce visibility and compliance platform powering the next generation of infrastructure. As demand accelerates for AI data centers, clean energy projects, and large-scale construction, Odin provides the operational backbone for real-time workforce tracking, credential verification, site access, and compliance management. We experienced more than 7x revenue growth from 2024 to 2025, and 2026 has already surpassed 2025 growth.

Odin's growth is driven by rapid expansion and adoption of our software platform across complex, high-compliance construction environments. As we continue to see strong market momentum and growth in complex construction programs, Odin is preparing for its next stage of scale.

About the role

As Odin grows, we are hiring a Senior Design Engineer to research, design, and build the interfaces people use to run a jobsite. You will combine product-design judgment with production frontend engineering so our software is clear, coherent, and effective across the different screens and environments where customers use it.

Your work will move between customer-facing projects and the shared system behind them. You will establish Odin's design language and production design system, then prove and evolve it through real product work. You will create coded prototypes that make new interactions tangible, build responsive screens, and work with Software Engineers to connect those interfaces to the data, services, and business rules behind a complete workflow.

This is a hands-on senior role. You will work with a product manager and a small group of engineers to understand customer problems, shape solutions, and lead design-heavy projects through production. You will own the quality of the interfaces and shared frontend systems you build while helping the team deliver one coherent product.
