🥇 What YOU will do at Tendos

• Own a product surface end to end — frontend, backend, data, the deploy. Not a queue of tickets: a part of the product where you are the person who knows how it behaves.
• Work from the product outcome, not a finished spec. Our product managers will tell you what needs to be true for the customer. Decomposing that into the work is yours.
• Advance our LLM pipelines by optimizing orchestrators, guardrails, context construction, model gateways, and agentic workflows.
• Actively influence our tech architecture — designing and developing scalable, efficient systems in Python and TypeScript, and having a say in where they go.

💪🏼 What we are looking for

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our team. You will actively shape the growth path and tech setup of our organization to become the market leader for AI Agents in the construction space.

• Five or more years building software, with a significant part of it in full-stack roles.
• You have worked in codebases you did not write, including at least one that was badly built. How quickly you build a working model of a system someone else built is the thing we care most about.
• Comprehensive knowledge of JavaScript/Typescript, Next.js, and server-side development using Python.
• Excited to work in a fast paced environment: shipping fast, high-quality code is what matters.
• Experience with GenAI / ML (e.g. statistics, machine learning, LLMs, RAG pipelines, agents) and excited to push the boundaries of foundation models in construction.
