Senior IT Business Analyst

Identify, analyze, and document business and product requirements
Translate business needs into clear specifications for technical teams
Identify processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities together with stakeholders
Ensure a clear understanding of the “why” behind each requirement
Collaborate with product, engineering, and architecture teams throughout the entire development lifecycle
Manage user stories, requirements, and progress using Azure DevOps
Write and maintain documentation using tools such as Loop
Provide analysis and recommendations to support decision-making
Influence solution direction by balancing business needs and technical feasibility

5 years of prior experience working on IT products that integrate off-the-shelf solutions
Experience with Azure DevOps for project and requirements tracking
Strong experience in gathering and documenting business and product requirements in enterprise environments
Ability to interact directly with stakeholders and lead discovery processes
Ability to understand and communicate the business rationale (“why”)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
