About the Role
INK is looking for a proactive and highly organised Senior Runner to support the day-to-day running of the studio environment while coordinating runner support and assisting the wider production and operations team.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role combining hospitality, studio operations, logistics, and operational coordination. The Senior Runner is responsible for maintaining high standards across client experience, studio presentation, and daily workflow, while supporting leadership with visibility across operational priorities and ongoing studio requirements. The role requires someone who is calm under pressure, adaptable, highly organised, and comfortable managing shifting priorities throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Studio Support
- Oversee client-attended sessions, ensuring clients are welcomed professionally and looked after throughout their time in the studio.
- Prepare edit suites, meeting rooms, and presentation spaces ahead of sessions, including refreshments, cleanliness, and technical readiness.
- Coordinate catering, deliveries, couriers, and day-to-day front-of-house requirements.
- Maintain high presentation standards across all client-facing and communal studio areas.
- Support producers, artists, and creatives with ad-hoc session and operational requirements.
Runner Coordination & Operations
- Coordinate freelance and in-house runners, including daily task allocation, scheduling, and rota management.
- Assist with onboarding and training new runners while maintaining studio processes and standards.
- Work closely with the Leadership team on operational priorities, staffing coverage, and workload visibility.
- Maintain and update the studio calendar, ensuring operational activity, attended sessions, maintenance visits, travel, and internal events are clearly communicated.
- Use the studio pipeline management system to track operational tasks, maintenance, recurring requirements, and workload priorities.
