The Role

As our Senior Software Engineer, you will own the product-software architecture end to end, take ownership of the frontend, and build the internal engineering tooling that helps the entire team move faster. You will help turn complex AI security capabilities into a reliable, intuitive and scalable product.

React + TypeScript / Python + FastAPI / PostgreSQL + pgvector

What you'll do

• Ship full-stack features end-to-end, across our React frontend and our Python backend.
• Extend our agentic attacker: the attack strategies, tool orchestration, and the evals behind it.
• Build and scale our real-time monitoring pipeline: detection on live customer traffic that stays fast, correct, and reliable as it scales.
• Own quality and raise the bar: fast, readable, observable code, strong reviews, and tooling that keeps the whole team moving.
• Lead architectural decisions across the stack as we scale.

What we are looking for

• 8+ years shipping and running production software, ideally multi-tenant SaaS in a fast-moving startup or scale-up, owning architecture end to end.
• Strong Python for the backend, and enough TypeScript and React to own the frontend.
• Strong engineering fundamentals: you pick up unfamiliar areas quickly and move independently.
• AI-native: hands-on experience building with LLMs, agents, and AI workflows, with the judgment to reason about non-determinism, evals, and cost and latency. You treat agentic coding tools as power tools, and review what they produce critically.
• Security-focused: you think about how systems break and where they are abused, and you treat untrusted input and untrusted execution as the default.
• A bias for ownership: you push features to production, measure their impact, and iterate.
• A product mindset: you care about the customer, not just the technical solution, and you want to understand how they work and where they struggle.
• Fluent in English.
