Terms & Conditions

• Project scope: Package recommendations are based on the standard scope outlined for each service level. If a project exceeds the complexity or production requirements of the selected package, a custom quotation or revised project fee will be provided before additional work proceeds.
• Rush projects: Rush and expedited services are subject to availability and incur the applicable surcharge.
• Turnaround times: Timelines are estimates and begin once the required payment, completed questionnaire, manuscript, and project materials have been received. Client delays, additional revisions, reflows, or changes in scope may extend the timeline.
• Third-party costs: Stock imagery, fonts, illustration, photography expenses, printing, specialty assets, and other third-party costs are included only when specifically stated. Any additional expenses will be approved by the client before purchase.
• Additional production work: Additional formats, trim sizes, images, structural elements, platform-specific files, or other deliverables beyond the selected package will be quoted separately.
• Manuscript readiness & reflow: Manuscripts should be complete, finalized, and copyedited before layout begins. Author-requested changes after layout that affect pagination, text flow, images, tables, notes, references, or other established elements are considered reflow work and may be billed separately.
• Revision rounds: Client feedback should be consolidated and submitted at one time through the agreed proofing method. Each submission constitutes one revision round. Designer errors or omissions do not count toward the included revision rounds.
• Revision policy: Each package includes the stated number of revision rounds. A revision refines the existing design direction. New concepts, substantial redesigns, additional deliverables, or changes that materially alter the agreed scope are not considered revisions and may require an additional fee.
• Scope of work: Pricing reflects design and layout services only. Editorial changes, proofreading, copyediting, indexing, manuscript development, copywriting, or other services are not included unless specifically stated in the project scope. </aside>
