A small-business marketplace expansion project focused on launching ShoMya Cosmetics on Jumia and establishing the processes required for ongoing marketplace operations.
Company: ShoMya Cosmetics Ltd.
Project Type: Digital Sales Channel Expansion

Platform: Jumia Marketplace
Status: Completed

Following approval from the Business Owner, I coordinated the setup and launch of ShoMya Cosmetics' Jumia storefront, including seller registration, onboarding and training, product listings, fulfilment preparation, marketplace launch, and transition to ongoing operations.
ShoMya Cosmetics needed an additional way to reach customers beyond its existing physical store and Instagram audience. The business also held a large inventory of cosmetic products, creating an opportunity to improve product visibility through another digital sales channel.
