1. Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Agreement" or "Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", or "user") and Vlad Volkov, a sole proprietorship based in Lithuania (referred to as "I", "me", or "my").

This Agreement governs your access to and use of Signature Creator & Sign Docs, my iOS document signing, scanning, and PDF app, together with any related services or features (collectively, the "Service" or "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the App and should delete it from your device.

I reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement:

• "Premium Features" means functionality available exclusively to users with an active paid subscription, including signing documents, scanning, adding stamps, filling forms, exporting, and sharing.
• "Your Documents" means the documents, images, PDFs, signatures, stamps, and files you create, scan, import, or otherwise process within the App.

3. Changes to This Agreement

I may update or modify this Agreement at any time at my sole discretion. When I do, I will update the "Last Updated" date at the top. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the App and delete it from your device.

4. Age Restrictions

Signature Creator & Sign Docs is rated 4+ on the App Store and is intended for users who are at least 4 years old. By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising their children's device use and for any subscription purchases made through their Apple ID.

5. Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to me. Use of the App is subject to my Privacy Policy, which explains how I collect, use, store, and disclose your personal data, and describes your rights under applicable privacy laws.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App and delete it from your device.
