These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SnapFrame iOS application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

2. The Service

SnapFrame lets you add an iPhone device frame, a clean status bar, and a styled background to your screenshots and screen recordings, entirely on your device. Free users may export a limited number of creations; a one-time lifetime purchase unlocks unlimited exports.

3. In-App Purchases

• The lifetime unlock is a one-time, non-consumable purchase charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• It is not a subscription — there is no recurring billing and nothing to cancel.
• Purchases can be restored on your other devices via "Restore Purchases" in the App.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to the App Store's refund policy; we cannot issue refunds directly.

4. Your Content

You retain all rights to the photos and videos you process with the App. Because all processing happens on your device, we never receive or store your content. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you frame and share, and for how you use the exported results.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, or misleading (for example, fabricated screenshots intended to deceive).

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.
