Role overview

This is not a fetch-coffee internship. You'll ship production code in your first week, own a real project end-to-end, and work directly with the founding team on the platform IT teams use to govern AI agents. Interns here do the same work as everyone else — talk to customers, make decisions, ship weekly — with the support to grow fast.

What you'll do

• Own a scoped project from design to production
• Ship to production every week alongside the founding engineers
• Use AI coding tools aggressively — we'll teach you to work the way the best engineers will work in five years
• Sit in on customer calls and see your work used the same week you ship it

What we're looking for

• Strong CS fundamentals and evidence you build things outside of class (side projects, open source, hackathons, previous internships)
• You learn fast and are comfortable with ambiguity
• Excited about AI agents and developer tools
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Interview process

Screen → behavioral / fit interview → technical interview → offer.

What we offer

• $7,000–$9,000 per month
